Madai was such a delight! ❤️ She is incredibly sweet, patient, professional, and refreshingly honest. I initially reached out because she made me feel so comfortable just from our first messages, and I knew I had to meet her in person.
When I arrived at her beautiful vintage suite, she took the time to sit with me, listen to my concerns and goals, and then provided a detailed assessment. She explained everything thoroughly, which really put me at ease, especially since this was my first time doing anything to my face. I was nervous about looking overdone, but she reassured me every step of the way.
Madai was flexible, supportive, and truly gave me grace through the entire process. After receiving Botox and fillers for facial balancing, I’m absolutely thrilled with my results! I feel so much more confident and ready to take endless wedding photos in just a few weeks.

Before I talk about my procedure, I must say the ambience was very serene. Her suite is whimsical and elegant, a perfect day away from the hectic mundane. Madai is a down-to-earth, ethical expert who takes a “less is more approach” when handling your face. She listens, maps, and looks at the full picture before educating patients and laying out your options.
I walked in expressing that I felt something was just “off” with my lips and Madai took a few pictures to thoroughly assess my features, in various resting and animated states, before suggesting we enhance my chin area to harmonize my lower face to the rest of my profile.
I can fully trust a professional who takes no shortcuts or risks. The fact she was willing to study my entire face and suggest moderation instead of just adding more volume to my lips says a lot about her work ethic and devotion to her clientele.

I had the BEST experience at CONFIDENTLY! Madai did my facial contouring and lip fillers and I’m seriously obsessed with the results. She’s so passionate, detail-oriented, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted while still guiding me with her aesthetic sense.
The vibe at her medspa is a whole other topic! Just go see for yourself. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’ve been thinking about getting anything done, DO IT and go to her! I already can’t wait to go back. 10/10 recommend.

So this was my first experience in a Med Spa, and it did not disappoint.
From the warmest welcome by Madai, I instantly felt comfortable. She walks you through every step, every pinch, every little thing she does she wants you to know you’re safe. She showed me the needles for my lip treatment, and told me exactly what was in the syringe for my comfort. She explained what the treatment would do, how it would wear and so on. She made me feel so beautiful and at ease.
RUN don’t walk to see her. I LOVE my new lips 🙂
